*Annual payments made in advance will be entitled to a 5% discount toward the total year's fee.  If, an owner should decide to terminate the license agreement, with proper notice given, prior to the end of the date through which payment has been made, the owner shall receive a  refund of the amount equal to fees paid that would extend beyond the time of occupancy plus the 30 day notice period, less the discount amount, less 2.5% if originally paid by credit/debit card.
